Returned merchandise must be in 100% saleable condition to qualify for a refund. Your return should be in original cartons to eliminate damage of fragile lenses. Merchandise returned is subject to 25% re-stocking fee, return must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 1-2 weeks. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the return postage (no exemption). Return must be whole order, we do not process partial returns or exchange.
